They could provide more amenities: soap, shampoo, some staples in the kitchen to make settling in easier, information on the city, suggestions to make your stay more pleasant and feel more welcoming. More welcoming details from the owner would be appreciated.

Modern apartment in a modern context, with views of the entire apartment over the ocean. Impeccably clean, equipped with all comforts in a strategic position for the sea, for walking/running on the seafront at all hours, very convenient to the Shopping de Barra shopping centre. The apartment is equipped with every comfort. New bathroom, double shower. You can always go out in peace. The common areas are also very clean, doorman always available 24 hours a day. Fantastic in every way.

Please inform Barra Design of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00. A damage deposit of R$ 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer if there's no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
